1. Acceptance of Terms:

By engaging in services provided by Best Life Transmutations (hereinafter "the Business"), you (hereinafter "the Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter "TofS").
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided:

The Business provides hypnotism services to explore past lives, gain understanding of their present life, and potentially experience healing. Other possible areas could include: stress reduction, smoking cessation, weight management, etc.
The Business does not provide medical or psychological diagnoses or treatment. Hypnotism is a complementary therapy and should not replace professional medical or psychological advice.
Results may vary from person to person, and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities:

The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their health and history.
The Client must disclose any medical or psychological conditions, including any medications being taken.
The Client must follow all instructions given by the hypnotist.
The client must be of legal age, or have legal guardian consent.
The client agrees to not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during sessions.

4. Payment and Cancellation:

Payment for services is due at least 50% at the time of booking, and the remainder following the interview, prior to the hypnosis session (Day of Service). Or as agreed with 3rd party installment services. (e.g. Affirm, Klarna, etc.)
Remaining Day of Service payment may be cash, or standard debit/credit payment types.
Cancellation Sliding Scale Based on Notice:
- 48+ hours notice: No fee.
- 24-48 hours notice: 30% of the service cost.
- Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: 50% of the service cost.
- $25 Reschedule fee within 24-48 hours notice.
- 48+ hours notice: No reschedule fee.
Refund policy: if after 2 attempted hypnosis sessions & the session recording verifies our inability to deliver on agreed services- up to 75% of the service cost will be refunded as made available by your financial institution and in like payment (cash/cash; debit/debit; etc.)

5. Confidentiality:

The Business will maintain the confidentiality of all client information, except as required by law.
Client information will not be shared with third parties without the Client's consent.

6. Disclaimer of Liability:

The Business is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
The Client acknowledges that they are participating in hypnotism sessions at their own risk.
The business is not responsible for any actions taken by the client outside of the hypnotism session.
The client agrees that the services are provided "as is".
The client agrees to release the hypnotist from any liability.

7. Intellectual Property:

Any materials provided by the Business, excluding session recordings or signed handouts, are the intellectual property of the Business and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Changes to Terms:

The Business reserves the right to modify these TofS at any time.
Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law:

These TofS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.
